• On-base or Off-base
• Rank / Name
• Specifics (Who, what, when, why, where, etc…)
• Was member arrested?
• Any pending charges and/or citations?
• Any others involved? Any injuries?
Notify CC
If needed, respond to scene
• Bring witness (CC, Chief, supervisor, etc)
QUESTIONS 1
Was member in Title 32 status & on KAFB at time of offense?
If so, UCMJ does not apply because of the member’s status but KAFB/CC can suspend or restrict the member’s driving privileges on base, as well as on other active duty installations. Your commander should consider appropriate disciplinary or administrative action depending upon the provisions and applicability of NM military law or regulations. Consult SJA before any action is taken.
