REMINDERS:

CC schedules private meeting with member

• Provides copy of docs that pertain to positive UA
• Member has 30 calendar days to justify positive UA

If documentation is not received in 30 days, CC can:

• Proceed to process as illicit drug, OR
• Extend timeframe by 15 calendar days

At any time during process, CC can curtail duties of service member

 

Once documentation is received and/or timeframe has expired, MRO review is accomplished

ALL ADVERSE ACTION WILL BE DISMISSED

If MRO determines result is Medically Unjustified, commander will need to schedule interview for the member with SFS & determine if member meets ALL 7 criteria for waiver
