Your success as a first sergeant directly relates to the relationship you have with your commander. Only with the complete support of your commander can you be an effective representative of the unit’s enlisted force. However, it is up to you to take the initiative to know your duties & responsibilities; the commander relies on your competence!!!

• Management of squadron activities (i.e. holiday party, unit volunteer activities, etc…)
